About Jack
I have ~3000 hours in Counter Strike, most of which has been spent coaching and in-game leading. I also have experience with leadership and conflict mitigation throughout my volunteering work with the Army Cadet Force and, more relevantly, (concealed information). I have spent a lot of time teaching players how to work together in a team and continue to advise those who want to step up into leadership positions in a team.

I have played in the NUEL as an in-game leader and have spent most of my time with The Art of Warfare CS teaching their teams how to work together, lead each other and train effectively.
Leadership has no linear answer and therefore I will be demonstrating how different leadership styles work best in the CS team environment. Lessons have a Q/A focus once the basics have been covered and we will go over any incidents or relevant game play.
