About Reign
I am a drum tutor with six years of experience teaching students across school, college, and professional levels. My approach is simple, patient, and designed to help students develop strong technique and musical awareness. My lessons include rhythm reading, stick control, timing, posture, independence, and creative drumming. Students also learn how to apply these skills by playing along with songs and exploring different musical styles.
I teach related subjects such as music basics, rhythm skills, ear training, and performance techniques. These help students build a complete understanding of music. My unique strength is breaking down difficult topics into small, manageable steps. I use fun activities, interactive methods, and clear explanations to help students stay motivated. My aim is to help them learn confidently and enjoy the journey of becoming skilled drummers.

My teaching methodology for drums is centered around Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility. I begin every learning journey with open communication, asking students about their goals and musical interests. This helps me design lessons that match their needs and keep them motivated. I also maintain clear communication during lessons, so students always understand the purpose behind every task.
Creativity keeps the lessons interesting and engaging. I use different creative techniques, such as rhythm-building games, improvisation, groove variations, and playing along with songs. These activities help students understand rhythm deeply and build confidence in expressing themselves through music.
Flexibility ensures that lessons fit each student’s learning style. Some students learn better visually, others through hands-on practice or listening. I adjust my teaching method to match their natural strengths. I also adapt the lesson pace to ensure students feel supported but still challenged.
