About Callie
With over 6 years of experience and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Violin Performance, I teach violin with a focus on the whole person. My lessons support both musical and emotional development. Learning is a personal journey.
I guide students in using music for self-expression and stress relief. The violin becomes a voice for emotions. It helps release and process feelings.
Improvisation, journaling, and soundscapes are key parts of my method. These tools build mindfulness and creativity. Students learn to listen and reflect.
I have worked with neurodiverse learners, trauma survivors, and adults seeking healing. I adapt each lesson with care. The violin becomes a safe space for connection and well-being.

My methodology focuses on developing expressive violin playing through strong technique. I guide students step by step. Lessons are clear and supportive.
Vibrato development is an important focus. Students learn how to control its speed and width with ease. This takes practice and patience.
I also teach how to apply vibrato to enhance musical phrasing. This adds emotion to the performance. Music becomes more expressive.
I provide consistent feedback to support growth. I help students build confidence and refine their skills. You will develop a rich and expressive tone.
