About Shannon
Hi! I am Shannon, a 20 year old English Literature and Creative Writing student from Oxfordshire. From a young age I dreamed of becoming a teacher and found tutoring is the perfect experience while I am still learning myself! Friends and colleagues describe me as easy to talk to, passionate and understanding!

As someone who struggled to ask questions in lesson as a child and teen, I understand the importance of a friendly and approachable tutor. Because of this, I offer longer sessions at a slower pace for maximum retention as well as shorter, quicker paced sessions for those who need last minute support before exams. My lessons are fun and interactive, often using colourful pens and stickers and catering to my student entirely.
I have invaluable experience tutoring children with special needs from ages 6 to 18 but also offer my services to those without additional needs from early years to GCSE level.
