About Claire
Throughout my schooling I have enjoyed tutoring my friends and classmates, offering personalised feedback and a variety of explanations on content, and I participate in a school program where once a week I tutor younger students. I genuinely enjoy teaching and helping other students to realise their academic potential. I am a current Year 12 student at Fairholme College in Toowoomba, and have achieved high academic success throughout my schooling. I have been awarded Dux (highest academic achiever for my year level) for Years 7, 8, 10 and 11. I am currently studying Mathematical Methods, Specialist Maths, Chemistry, Physics, French and General English. I have maintained above a 95 average for these subjects, and am projected to achieve a 99.95 ATAR upon concluding my final school year. With the recent syllabus change, I offer real student experience on how to achieve high results with this new content and assessment types.

With a typical session length of 1-2 hours, I will help boost students understanding, explaining concepts in a variety of ways, helping to edit assignments, and stepping through individual questions. I will provide a range of practice questions, varying in difficulty to strengthen the holistic understanding of the student. The target student age is from primary school to Year 11, with special focus on Maths, Science and French. I have enjoyed tutoring friends and classmates for years, helping them understand content by explaining in a different way to teachers, and giving personalised feedback, and this is a field I find active interest in.
