About Jacob
Although I am objectively young, I believe that I am mature and extremely capable of helping you reach success and proficiency. I am currently enrolled as a junior in high school and I have had straight a's for all of high school even though I have taken difficult classes including many AP (advanced placement) courses. I tell you this because it displays that I am disciplined and I care about academic success which will translate to me caring about your success and competence.

We will first identify any weak points or areas you don't feel as comfortable with and then begin combating those weaknesses by relearning specific topics that appear to be less intuitive and simple followed by running through practice problems. Furthermore, the student will need to be able to explain the material out loud and run through the questions with ease and without many miscalculations. This process will be repeated as many times as it needs to be for the student to understand the material fluently. My young age serves as an advantage rather than a disadvantage in this space because I took algebra 1 and geometry recently, so the lessons are fresh on my mind. My lessons are available to any student who feels they would like to better understand the content in either of these courses whether they are currently taking one of them, are taking them in the future, or have previously taken them.
