About Rokshar
I am a very hardworking person and grateful for all opportunities that come to me. Being in my final year of medicine, I have some free time before getting into healthcare completely next year as an intern. Teaching has always been my passion alongside medicine. I have worked as a education assistant for 2 years in Kumon and as a private tutor for primary students when I was in high school. I have extensive knowledge regarding multiple medicine concepts as I am always reading up on my textbooks. Besides, I like to read and write fiction in my own time, owing to which my typing skills have greatly emerged. I also have my own fiction novel in watt pad published.

As a tutor, my approach is student-centered, aiming to tailor my teaching methods to each individual's learning style, goals, and needs. Here's an overview of my approach:
Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
I begin by assessing the student's current knowledge, strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences through discussions, diagnostic tests, or reviewing past work. Then, Based on the assessment, I create a customized learning plan that outlines specific learning objectives and the strategies we'll use to achieve them. I also engage students through interactive discussions, demonstrations, visual aid and resources.
The length of each lesson depends on factors such as the student's age, attention span, and learning objectives. Generally, my lessons range from 60 to 90 minutes, allowing sufficient time for meaningful instruction, practice, and interaction.
I have worked an education instructor in Kumon Centres for 2 years. I have also worked as a private tutor for primary students.
I believe my lessons will be perfect for primary and second students (year 1 to 7).
