About Nadia
My aim is to share knowledge shine light on alternative medicine, and help students understand how the body works on a deeper level. From physical activity, nutritional psychiatry, complementary therapies, spirituality, detox, and much more. All information presented will be proven with scientific journals. I am open minded, and tailor lessons to your level of expertise.

From reflexology and massage, nutritional psychiatry including amino acids and supplementation, improving mobility flexibility and bodyweight strength (calisthenics, pilates etc), lifestyle and sleep, mind body techniques, homeopathy, herbal remedies, meditation and much more! Due to my high pattern recognition and analytical skills, with my extensive knowledge in holistic healthcare, I can often find innovative solutions for issues, I can guide you on paths and reasoning for issues you may come across. Through my lessons you will learn how the body works together connected and how our medicine and treatments are in the natural world around us. With an interest in treating people and healthcare, I can help you to gain an understanding in the further dimension of patient care.
