My approach to tutoring is supportive and personalised, focusing on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps. I encourage active learning through examples, practice questions, and discussion. Lessons typically run for one hour and are adapted to each student’s needs. With experience tutoring NCEA Level 2 biology, chemistry, and English, as well as strong academic results at university, I bring both subject knowledge and effective study strategies. My lessons are designed for high school students wanting to improve confidence, strengthen understanding, and achieve higher grades.
