I tailor each lesson to the individual student. That means understanding your learning style, goals, and any areas of difficulty from the very start. I break down complex theories (like cognitive models or neural pathways) into relatable, digestible chunks – using real-life examples, visual aids, and memory techniques to help the material stick. Together, we work on building strong conceptual understanding as well as essay-writing, critical thinking, and exam technique. Lessons are interactive, encouraging you to ask questions, explore your own interpretations, and connect ideas across topics. My aim is to support not just academic improvement, but genuine curiosity and confidence in psychology. Typically, sessions run for 60 minutes, though this can be adjusted depending on your needs or attention span – for example, 90 minutes for in-depth exam prep or 45 minutes for focused revision.
