I'd specifically like to say we not into body enlargement.
*muscle balance in your whole body.
*we first focus on lower body.
Example:Hemmy strengthening,muscle strengthening, proper balance on both feet and strong muscle for healthy purposes .
Upper Body.
*strengthening of bigger muscles.
*strengthening shoulders.
*Then the outmost important CORE exercises where fun begins really.
Very Important.
Beginner ?
-4 Times A weak
Period of 6 months
-first day of the weak twice a day.
-Times to be negotiated
