About Adam
I care about teaching and learning, I am on laid-back side but carry a certain level of professionalism. I am currently taking all honors classes and maintaining straight A's and plan to go to college to become a teacher. I feel that I work very well with children and would love the opportunity to help teach a child that needs it!

I plan to begin with my students by communicating with the parents to find out the curriculum the student needs to be taught or helped with. After meeting the student I will determine the learning style that would work best. I will create a lesson plan with the student's learning styles and curriculum in mind. After that, I will start by showing a strategy and fully explaining it, then slowly start asking questions about the strategy until I feel that they have the hang of it, then I will give them some problems to work on with me until they are able to do it on their own.
