About Kaitlyn
I have had wonderful opportunities to teach both middle school band classes and teach elementary group lessons. I have been trained by some excellent musicians and have a plethora of knowledge I am excited to share with my students. I try to teach each student in the way that they learn best. It is also extremely important to me to provide affordable lessons to students. I am flexible with cost, so please reach out no matter your financial status. I want to provide each student with a good education regardless of their financial standing.

I focus on developing a musical ear that will help young students progress in their musical training. I also cover basic musical skills and horn-specific skills, such as rhythm, dynamics, tone, intonation, and articulation. My overall goal is to train young musicians to be well-rounded musicians. This way students can play a variety of different music and excel in their future musical careers.

Perfect! Kaitlin was so kind and helpful! My daughter loved her!
Perfect! Kaitlyn is an amazing tutor for French Horn. I can tell she’s very passionate about teaching young kids like my son in middle school. It’s no wonder that she majors in music and will continue towards that career path. She loves what she does. She listens and understands what will help motivate my son. I really appreciate her approach. I know my son will benefit from staying engaged and excited to continue learning.
