• 1) When did you start practicing? How did this passion find you?

  1) I started practicing when I moved to London 3 years ago.
  
  I have been working with children in other areas as a coach for a long time like football for example. Therefore I was just combining one of the things I enjoy doing with coaching and this is chess!

• 2) Which artists or works affect you the most?

  2) None really, I manage to have a very sound practice and it's never really been affected by anyone or anything.

• 3) What are the qualities and skill required to succeed in this area?

  3) You must be patient, willing to be open to learning more and wanting to see others develop.

• 4) What is the most valuable advice you can give to help someone stay focused on creative projects?

  4) There will always be distractions that try to take you away from being creative but you must ancor yourself at times to give yourself time to explore the possibilities.

• 5) How would you describe your passion; how does it make you feel?

  5) My passion is something that is fun for me and it always makes me feel great when my students succeed.

• 6) What creative achievements are you particularly proud of?

  6) I'm particularly proud of my students who have taken on national tournaments and have done well in them.

• 7) Have you ever been surprised by a student; by their ability or quick progression?

  7) I have at times been surprised by how quickly they develop.
