I have worked and coached with Michael while we were working at the same high school in New Orleans. Literally the first day that Mike stepped foot into the special education department, the kids fell in love with him. His playful and laid back demeanor seemed to perfectly fit students with special needs and led to him becoming a really important figure on the SPED team.
