About Jessica
I am a mum to 3 young children. Ive always been passionate about health and nutrition but after working as a nurse for over 6 years finally began a post graduate nutrition programme. I have personal expeience with weight loss, fussy eaters, and aged care nutrition. I have a passion for healthy eating and maintaining health through foods. Having worked in healthcare for over 10 years, ive been able to utilise this as a basis for my own learning in nutrition. Almost finished this course i am soon to be participating in a dietetics course and am eager to teach those wanting to further their own nutrition knowledge.

Happy to tutor areas of nutrition and health as required by the individual. I tailor my lessons to the individual and am happy to pace the lesson based on the individuals' learning needs.
I have knowledge of nutrition across all aged groups, in family dynamics, and in nutrition for weight loss.
