About Michael

I am a full-time curriculum writer with a focus on modernizing STEM curriculum to be hands-on, practical and career-oriented. My favorite part of every year is a STEM camp that I instruct, where students build a virtual reality game and play it on the headsets at the end of camp!

I am a Colorado-based dad that enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

About the lesson

Patience and reciprocal-learning are a cornerstone of my approach; I aim to appraise my student's skillsets and needs and build lessons to highlight strengths and build on opportunities for growth.

Through approaching with a "learn by doing" mindset, students will apply STEM skills to build projects or applications and have something concrete to share and reflect on the work they have done.
