About Robert
Hi, I’m Robert Jerome Pagan — a proud Puerto Rican and Mexican American director, writer, actor, and entertainment entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience in the world of film and theater.
Over the course of my career, I’ve directed more than 250 stage productions, produced and starred in award-winning feature films, and brought bold, diverse stories to life through works like the Last Gasp film series and An American Posada. I’ve had the honor of founding multiple theater programs, mentoring countless artists, and receiving national recognition for both my artistic excellence and activism in the arts.
But beyond the accolades and productions, my mission is simple:
To empower artists.
