About Emery
I have been dancing for 20 years, and have danced competitively for 5 years, winning multiple awards, scholarships, and even making it to finals at the Universal Dance Association competition during my time in high school. I have been a dance instructor and choreographer for the last 5 years teaching ages 6-18 as well as I have taught at an adult studio serving anyone ages 18 and up in styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, modern, tumbling (acrobatics), and more!

About the lesson

During each session, the student will be lead through a dynamic warm up including a full body stretch as well as some conditioning exercises that compliment the lesson. Then they will be guided through a full session of their genre of dance of choice that includes fundamental technical skills as well as engaging and unique technical combinations to enhance choreography retention. This will be followed by a cool down to ensure proper physiological methods are utilized for a safe lesson. Lessons are available for any age, and any level of dance as I have taught ages 6-70 years old in many different levels of challenge and genres.
