After several Technical Trainings, Workshops, Dance Shows, Competitions and Events held over several years in different areas of Dance and Sport/Fitness, with greater specialization in Classical Ballet (ISTD & RAD), Contemporary Dance (CIA - Companhia Jovem de Dança de Aveiro), Hip-Hop (AAD - All About Dance), ZUMBA: Zumba️Basic 1, Zumba️Basic 2, Zumba️Kids, Zumba️Toning, Zumba️Core, Zumba️Glutes and Acrobatic Gymnastics, I am currently trying to teach Classes with an "OUT OF THE BOX concept"
whose primacy is "DANCING WITH THE SOUL" and provide moments of true Love, Peace and Joy because I truly believe that..

- Theoretical-Practical Training (Levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)
- Tricks and Tips for a faster Technical and Physical Progression (in Classes and at Home)
- Discipline and Rigor
- Prepare students for RAD Ballet Exams (if the chosen modality is Classical Ballet)
- Prepare students for Shows, Events and Competitions, with the possibility of joining CREWS
- Develop the Talent and Creativity present in each student, through an "OUT OF THE BOX" concept
- Eliminate FEAR
- Personalized training focused on the students' goals
- Clarification of Doubts at the end of each Class
