Poland 2014 Two-time World Champion in Artistic Dance (Ballroom choreography) Four-time Vice-World Champion in Artistic Dance (Latin America Dance Program competition) Bronze medalist of the World Show Championship (ballroom choreography) Certificate from the WDC Federation For advanced training in sports (ballroom) dancing at the National Congress of Coaches and Judges from 11.12.2015 Since the beginning of 2022 I have been competing in Open American Smooth Division with my partner.

Lesson Plan for Ballroom and Contemporary Dance
1. Warm-up (10-15 minutes)
• General body warm-up (neck, shoulders, arms, back, legs).
• Stretching and muscle-strengthening exercises.
• Simple coordination drills.
2. Ballroom Dance Basics (20 minutes)
• Practicing correct posture and frame.
• Basic steps in slow waltz, cha-cha-cha, or tango (depending on the group’s level).
• Partner exercises for movement synchronization.
3. Contemporary Dance (20 minutes)
• Learning basic movements of hip-hop, jazz funk, or contemporary dance.
• Combinations focusing on musicality and dynamics.
• Working on body fluidity and expressive movement.
4. Combined Choreography (15 minutes)
• Merging ballroom and contemporary dance elements into one sequence.
• Practicing smooth transitions between styles.
5. Improvisation and Musicality (10 minutes)
• Developing a sense of rhythm through individual exercises.
• Free movement to different music styles.
6. Cool-down and Stretching (10 minutes)
• Relaxation exercises.
• Static stretching to enhance flexibility.
