We can create an ad hoc lesson for you: warm-up, musicality exercises, exercises to improve your technique or to burn some calories while having fun! We will choose together how to build it to best suit your goals; the choreography will never fail and with that we will try to explore different styles!
If you are already started in dance or what you are looking for is a technical path, also in this case we will identify your goals and your difficulties and we will create a path using technical exercises of ballet, modern or floor barre.
