About Killian
Hiya, I'm Killian! I'm a language student from Co. Meath and I'm offering tutoring in German and Japanese. I've had a passion for languages for many years and it lead to getting a H1 in both German and Japanese for the Leaving Cert. Teaching others has always been something that sparks a lot of joy for me, especially when I can help my students out of a bind they're having. If you need help with languages, I might be just the guy for the job!

My personal philosophy to language learning has always been to try and engage with the language in its natural context, for example, reading short graded readers in the language. My lessons usually consist of explaining a concept in the language, e.g. a grammar point, and reinforcing it with additional context such as how it is used in real German. I also personalise my lesson so we can address any issue or question the student may be having in their studies.
My lessons are mainly aimed at tutoring Junior/Leaving Cert level students however I can also provide help to university students who need it as well.
