About Lola
I am a committed and experienced Flute tutor with over 15 years of teaching experience. I teach School, College, and working professional students, helping them develop strong flute skills in a supportive learning environment.
My tutoring approach is simple, practical, and student-friendly. I focus on building strong basics such as breathing techniques, posture, finger placement, tone quality, and rhythm accuracy. I believe learning flute should be both disciplined and enjoyable.
In addition to flute lessons, I teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, scale practice, and ear training. These subjects help students improve their musical understanding and performance abilities. I also support students in exam preparation and performance practice.
One of my unique skills is motivating students to stay consistent with practice. I offer clear guidance, structured routines, and positive feedback. My goal is to help students achieve their musical goals and develop a lifelong passion for music.

I use a flexible and creative teaching methodology for flute that focuses on communication and understanding. My aim is to help students learn flute with confidence and enjoyment.
Communication helps students learn clearly. I explain techniques in simple words and demonstrate them during lessons. I encourage open discussion and give regular feedback.
Creativity makes learning enjoyable. I include creative exercises, rhythm patterns, and interesting music pieces. I focus on musical expression and tone development.
Flexibility allows lessons to suit individual needs. I adjust lesson pace and content based on student progress and goals.
Flute training includes breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger technique, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading. I emphasise healthy playing habits.
Along with flute, I teach related subjects such as music theory, rhythm training, ear training, and basic performance preparation.
My goal is to support students in a positive learning environment.
