Thank you for being here. My path as a meditation teacher and energy healer began with a deep inner calling—to create safe, healing spaces where people can reconnect with their true selves. After years of dedicated practice, training, and guiding others, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful meditation and energy work can be in transforming lives. I can teach: Mindfulness and breath-based meditation Thought, Emotion based meditations Prayer therapy, Forgiveness practices, Gratitude practices Chakra and subtle energy healing Trauma-aware somatic practices Reiki and intuitive energy balancing Each certification, workshop, and real-life experience has shaped the way I teach—not as a guru, but as a fellow traveler. Heart-Centered Presence: I hold space with deep compassion, free of judgment or pressure. Teaching Techniques & Methods My teaching is a blend of traditional wisdom and modern sensibility. I draw from a range of practices including: Guided mindfulness meditation, Buddhist Meditations, Breathwork (conscious breathing), Thought Awareness, Emotion awareness practices, Energy awareness practices (chakra balancing, grounding, and aura cleansing), Body scanning and somatic sensing, Mantra chanting and sound healing (when appropriate), Vedic Meditations, Gita Or Upanishad based meditations, Silence and inquiry-based meditation, Energy-Sensitive Guidance: I intuitively tune into the energy of individuals and the group to adapt the flow as needed. Integrated Healing: I combine meditation with subtle energy healing (Reiki/chakra work) to support emotional and energetic release. Practical Wisdom: I help students apply meditation and energy awareness in daily life—at work, in relationships, and during life transitions. Customized Tools: I often create personalized meditations, affirmations, or visualizations for students who need specific support.
