About Krisi
I am a hardworking and dedicated student currently attending a top university, I understand first-hand the skills, preparation and commitment needed to succeed in the 11+.
I provide personalised 11+ tutoring, carefully adapted to each student's individual strengths, weaknesses and learning style. My aim is not only to improve academic ability, but also to help students become more confident and independent learners.
I can support students with key areas of the 11+ syllabus, including Maths, English, Reading, Literacy, Phonics, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. I use a combination of clear explanations, targeted practice, exam-style questions and engaging activities to help students make consistent progress.
Having personally experienced the grammar school entrance process, I can also provide valuable insight into effective preparation and exam technique.
I believe students learn best in a positive, encouraging and supportive environment, where they feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves.

Each lesson is planned around the student's individual needs. I begin by having a RAG - red amber green system - highlighting the students strength as well as areas that need improvement before creating focused activities and practice to develop those skills.
Lessons may include exam style questions, timed practice and exam technique, reading and comprehension, maths.
My goal is to make every lesson productive while ensuring the student feels confident, motivated and supported throughout their preparation.
