My role involves working with patients suffering from various psycho-somatic ailments, providing tailored yogic practices to support their healing and well-being.I guided patients through asana(yoga postures) to enhance physical flexibility and strength, pranayama (breathing exercises) to improve respiratory function and reduce stress, and meditation techniques to foster mental clarity and emotional balance. Additionally, I employed various relaxation techniques to help patients manage anxiety and promote overall relaxation. This comprehensive approach not only addressed the physical aspects of health but also target mental and emotional dimensions.
