About Jyoti
One of the most valuable things I can do as a teacher is to build trust with my students. I will ensure that my students trust me. The more that my students trust me, the more they are likely to put in their best in class. This trust only will lead to the achievement of all the teaching-learning outcomes as it encourages student-teacher communication, mutual respect among teachers and their students which leads to a greater flexibility among them, boosts confidence which motivates students. Giving responsibilities to students,being consistent, activating positive emotions and environment, empathising with students,addressing individual problems, and competency are some of the factors that build a healthy relationship among teachers and their students and promotes students' growth.

The basis of good teaching is an understanding of the students and their learning needs. The first step should be to understand what motivates them and various barriers to learning so that teaching techniques can be personalised. To engage students in critical thinking and to establish confidence by asking questions.Timely evaluation of pupils' academic performance holds equal importance.
What I feel is that to be a good teacher,one must be committed to work and possess good communication skills. My special feature as a teacher is that I will create a climate of trust among my students which will enhance their confidence.Encouraging students to achieve their goals,encouraging engagement in learning process,giving credits for their contributions,discussing ideas in an organised way and encouraging student growth are some of the qualities I think I possess.
I would like to teach students at school level.
