About Roshan
With 5 years of piano teaching experience and more than 300 students successfully taught, I am passionate about helping learners reach their musical goals. I enjoy working with high school and college students as well as adults who want to learn piano at their own pace. My teaching philosophy focuses on clear communication, encouragement, and practical learning. I aim to make music easy to understand, even for complete beginners. I guide students step by step through finger techniques, rhythm, chord patterns, scales, and expressive playing. I use real songs, examples, and demonstrations to make each lesson engaging. I also teach music theory in a way that supports actual playing instead of feeling too complicated. Many of my students have grown into confident performers and have participated in events, competitions, or personal music projects. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel free to learn, make mistakes, and improve. My goal is to help every learner build strong piano skills and enjoy the process of becoming a better musician.

My teaching approach for Piano focuses on building strong musical understanding through communication and personalised methods. I spend time learning how each student absorbs information and use that knowledge to shape the lessons. This creates a more effective learning experience and helps students stay confident and motivated. I include subjects like Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight-Reading, Scales, Chords, Rhythm Studies, and Keyboard Techniques. These subjects give students the tools they need to grow as musicians. Real-life examples from popular songs and classical music help students see how each concept works in practice. I encourage students to share their thoughts, ask questions, and talk about their goals. My aim is to create a comfortable and inspiring environment where each learner can grow at their own pace and enjoy playing the piano.
