About Shefali
Hello :)
I am a 2nd-year Dental student at the University of Plymouth as well as a very well-experienced tutor and mentor. I have been tutoring for over 3 years. The subjects I tutor include the UCAT, A-level and GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology as well as Primary school children in all subjects.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching as I love getting to know students on a one-to-one basis and watching my students grow academically and confidently. I always use my own materials and resources and am always available out of hours via messages or email to happily answer any questions!

As a current 2nd year Dental student at the University of Plymouth and a tutor with over 3 years of experience, I have gained the knowledge of providing efficient lessons by tailoring them according to the student's weaknesses and strengths.
With every first lesson I have with a student, I will gauge their capabilities and make sure the lessons primarily focus on elements that require more work. I then create a plan with them according to the number of lessons we have per week, I also make sure to make notes per lesson to keep track of the student's progress and expand on more areas that need to be improved.
