About Yoshi
I’m a dentist turned UK health policy professional, with a background in clinical practice and public health. I studied at Imperial College London and have worked with the Department of Health and Social Care, alongside experience as a Teaching Assistant Fellow supporting students. I enjoy teaching because I’ve seen how the right guidance can build confidence and open up opportunities. I’m passionate about helping students understand complex topics clearly and supporting them in achieving their academic and career goals.

My tutoring style is personalised, supportive, and focused on real understanding rather than memorisation. I tailor each session to the student’s goals—whether improving GCSE/A-level Biology, building core concepts, or exploring public health and policy. Drawing on my experience at Imperial College London and with the Department of Health and Social Care, I make complex topics simple, practical, and engaging. I encourage questions, build confidence, and provide clear structure and exam-focused guidance to help students achieve their best.
