About Belle
As a Maths tutor with over 9 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics, I support IB and A-Level students in mastering both fundamentals and advanced topics. My teaching style emphasises clarity and understanding. I specialise in Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics, helping students strengthen areas that often cause difficulty. By exploring multiple problem-solving strategies, I encourage flexibility and confidence. Past paper practice forms a cornerstone of my lessons, ensuring students are well-prepared for exam challenges. I aim to build strong foundations while also training students to perform under time pressure. Each lesson is adapted to the learner’s needs and learning style. I make sessions engaging by encouraging questions and discussions. Mistakes are treated as opportunities for deeper learning. My approach helps students progress steadily towards mastery. Lessons are designed to be interactive, giving learners a chance to try different approaches and test ideas. I encourage flexibility, helping students discover multiple ways to solve the same problem. Mistakes are seen as opportunities to grow, not obstacles. The aim is to help learners gain both academic results and practical skills. With patience, practice, and consistent guidance, every student can grow stronger in their mathematical ability.
