About Lyra
With over 3 years of teaching experience, I am a piano tutor offering both in-person and online lessons. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with a Pedagogy focus. My teaching philosophy emphasizes sight-reading fluency, score analysis, and interpreting complex classical repertoire. Lessons are tailored to each student, integrating music history, theory, finger exercises, and period performance practices. I have guided students from beginner to advanced levels, as well as professional and expert classical pianists. My approach balances technical precision with expressive interpretation.
