I am a certified yoga instructor with over 6 years of experience teaching yoga to students of all ages and backgrounds — from energetic children to seniors seeking gentle movement and balance. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build a sustainable wellness routine through the power of yoga. With over 6 years of experience and having guided 100+ students of all ages, my yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed to suit every age group and fitness level — whether you're a child full of energy, a busy adult looking for balance, or a senior aiming to stay active and flexible. Each lesson is customised to your individual needs, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, posture, breathing, and mental clarity. I integrate elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and gentle yoga styles depending on what suits you best. From stress relief and mindfulness to physical rehabilitation and energy building, the sessions are tailored to help you meet your wellness goals. Classes are typically 45 to 60 minutes and include guided asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and a short relaxation or meditation segment. Whether you're practising online from home or in a small group, my approach ensures a safe, encouraging, and non-judgmental space. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to connect with your body and breath. Whether your goal is fitness, healing, or calmness, I’m here to guide you gently and effectively on your yoga journey.
