Private teacher and professional dancer graduated from the Rome Opera. I offer personalized classes in postural gymnastics, stretching, muscle strengthening, floor barre and ballet for all ages and levels, promoting health, grace and body confidence.
As a private teacher my approach is based on an inclusive sharing of specialized knowledge and techniques. My lessons are distinguished by the personalization and individualized attention I offer to each of my students.
My teaching method is based on a combination of theory and practice. I begin with a clear explanation of the basics of correct posture, illustrating the importance of good posture for overall health and well-being. Then, I move on to practice, guiding students through a series of targeted exercises and stretches.
A typical lesson begins with a brief theoretical introduction, followed by guided practice. During practice, I place particular emphasis on observing and correcting individual postures. This personalized approach ensures that each participant can benefit fully from the lesson.
My private lessons are aimed at people of all ages and fitness levels. I welcome both beginners and experienced people. Each class is tailored to participants' specific needs, allowing them to progress safely and effectively towards better posture and optimal wellbeing. I am dedicated to guiding my students towards body awareness.
