About Laura
Italian by origin, Parisian by adoption, I love to cook and share the flavors of Italy. Marketing manager in life, I speak French, English and Italian, and cooking is my passion. My favorites are the simple dishes, quick to make but effective, based on fresh products according to the seasons. I like to mix tradition and innovation, bringing traditional dishes up to date for a light and delicious cuisine. The real secret of Italian cuisine is its ability to make magnificent recipes with very few ingredients. My goal: to feast without feeling guilty and without breaking the bank. So follow me!

Imagine sitting with your friends around the table, a good glass of wine in hand, sharing a typical Italian dish that you have just taken out of the oven, tasty and colorful, and receiving lots of compliments. Tempted? So follow me: I will make you discover the ingredients, the tips, the regional traditions, the history of the cuisine, I will explain all the passages to you, and I will share with you the recipes of my family and my friends for dishes unstoppable. The course will be by webcam, but no worries: we will prepare ready recipes together in less than an hour as if we were together in your kitchen.
