About Amar
I have over 11 years of experience as a Piano tutor and enjoy teaching college students who want to improve their musical skills. My aim is to make every lesson enjoyable, productive, and suited to each student's learning needs.
My teaching style focuses on patience, communication, and practical learning. I explain concepts clearly and encourage students to build confidence through regular practice and active participation.
I use innovative teaching techniques such as digital learning resources, ear training, rhythm practice, interactive exercises, and personalized lesson plans. These methods help students stay motivated while making learning more effective.
Students learn finger exercises, note reading, scales, chords, timing, posture, and musical expression. I provide personalized feedback and continuous support to help students reach their full musical potential.

My teaching methodology is centered on communication, creativity, flexibility, and continuous encouragement. I believe students learn best when lessons are enjoyable, structured, and personalized according to their strengths and goals. Every lesson is designed to help students grow with confidence.
Students first learn posture, hand coordination, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. Once these basics are secure, they continue with scales, chords, articulation, pedal techniques, expressive performance, dynamics, sight reading, and musical expression.
I teach through demonstrations, guided practice, listening exercises, and regular progress reviews. Students receive individual attention and personalized practice plans that help them improve consistently. I encourage curiosity and active participation during every lesson.
Students explore different musical styles while developing creativity through accompaniment, improvisation, and expressive performance. These experiences improve confidence, creativity, and stage presence.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard skills, ear training, rhythm exercises, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, beginner composition, and performance preparation. These supporting lessons help students build complete musical knowledge.
My aim is to guide every student toward becoming a confident, creative, and lifelong musician.
