About Dr Beth
I have a PhD, MRes and BA (Hons) in Music/Popular Music. I have worked as a teaching assistant on undergraduate Music modules at a red brick university for 6 years, where I provide students with support understanding course material and completing their assignments.
I have several years of singing and performance experience, and have taught students at different levels of skill and experience over the last 10 years. This has also included teaching early years piano lessons.

I can provide a one hour singing (any skill level) or piano (beginner) lesson. These will be practical lessons where you will learn by actively playing or singing.
I can provide up to 2 hours of support for essay writing or assignments for GCSE, A Level, undergraduate, or Masters level. This will involve you bringing along your work and reviewing it together, or bringing course material so that we can discuss it and help develop and enhance your understanding of any musicology related ideas you are struggling with.
