About Alisha
Physical and mental health counsellor. Passionate health researcher with more than 6 years of professional experience in dealing with national and international level athletes and more than 500 school children. I enjoy providing people with counselling/training/guidance about psychological well-being and physical fitness. I am also an expert in assisting students from various academic backgrounds with teaching/academic or research writing/ reports writing/dissertations/thesis/data analysis/assignments and projects in medicine/health and social sciences/psychology.

Being a scientist and counsellor by profession, my teaching method is practical, scientific and derived from real life experiences while being simple and easy to understand as well. I have been interacting with students as a tutor/trainer for more than 10 years. I am an expert in dealing with learners of any age, gender and cultural background.
