About Benedict
I am classically trained, and have been playing the violin/viola for 25+/20+ years.
I have acquired my LTCL in violin before my studies in the USA.
My degrees include a Bachelor in Music Education, and BMus, MMus, and Doctoral of Musical Arts in Violin Performance from institutions including The Boston Conservatory and University of Maryland in Washington, DC under the tutelage of Dr. Irina Mureșanu and Katherine Murdock.
I have been teaching for 15 years, and preparing students for ABRSM and Trinity examinations, as well as university auditions.

I offer violin and viola lessons for adults from beginners to university levels.
Interactions and listening are two important elements in our lessons. Students are highly encouraged to contribute their own ideas in the learning process.
Scales, etudes, and sight-reading are emphasised along with repertoires.
