About Joshua
I earned my Ph.D in 2015 and have published 60+ articles on a variety of subjects in interdisciplinary studies, the humanities, and classical education. I have taught for over 10 years both high school and college students. I love brainstorming with students and dialoguing about their subject in a way that narrows the scope of their topic. Writing thesis statements situated in the literature is an area of mastery and something I love to work on!

I have 20 years of experience working with students. My tutoring style is adaptive, dynamic and meets the student where they are at. I have aided children and teens up their standardized test scores several grades in a couple of months. I have fun while tutoring and love to teach!
