About Brinett
Nine years ago I was TOFI (Thin outside Fat Inside), hated anything to do with aerobic activity, and with very low enthusiasm towards health conscious food. Today, I am the fittest I have ever been. I’ve found joy in using my own experience and qualifications to help people just like you. I know exactly how you feel. I don’t have to try to put myself in your shoes… I have walked in your shoes and I can now help you turn your life around, too. I know for a fact you associating with 11th Rep will only be the beginning to achieving the benchmark towards your fitness goals

Brinett Rachael:
Brinett resonates deeply about her clients, and there’s nothing of more value to her than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them feel motivated, confident, and strong inside-out. She realises how being uncomfortable in your own skin affects many aspects of one's life, and she wants to be there for her clients and help them discover the benefits of training that helped her become the person she is today.
She's here to be your personal guide on every step towards a healthier you.
