About JL Garrido
My name is Jose Luis Garrido, I am a 34 year old Spanish musician with a degree in drums (Barcelona) and music teacher (Huelva) who currently lives in Berlin. I have 12 years of experience teaching drums and 18 years performing, recording and, in recent years, producing electronic music. I've toured all of Europe and was fortunate enough to play on major stages like the Montreal Jazz Festival. I consider myself a versatile musician who has studied and played styles like funk, soul, blues, jazz, flamenco, latin, etc.

Perfect! Jose is an attentive and patient teacher. He comes up with lots of ideas on how to improve your play, ranging from technique to feel and improvisation.
I've been playing the drums for a while and I've never had such rapid improvement as during our lessons.
