I am a Durham History Graduate, mostly specialising in Early Modern and Modern History, particularly the English, Russian and American revolutions, as well as Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. I have multiple 5 star reviews from the past three years of tutoring and my lessons are often described as informative and thoroughly engaging. I would explain the structure of my lessons, however, I have found that most lesson plans need to be catered towards individual students and their needs. Undoubtedly, this will revolve around learning excellent exam technique. I will often set and mark essays for my students and provide detailed feedback too.

I am currently only offering online tuition. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If a student does not turn up to a lesson, sadly I will still need to charge. If there is a really good reason, I will look to reschedule and give at least 30 minutes for free at a different time.
