About Noella Silva
About Noella Martin Silva: For the past 18 years I have been immersed in laboratories dedicated to scientific research, I am a PhD in biology, biomedicine, biochemistry and molecular biology. I have devoted my life to studying the cells, bacteria, molecules, proteins, DNA, molecular, biochemical, metabolic and physiological governing body and stop counting ... But my rebellious and restless spirit led me to from very small venture in meditation and Buddhist philosophy, experience with REIKI energy, crystal healing, conscious hiking, among others. I love nature and promote outdoor activities. Then comes a personal event in my life, I made me reflect and change the course, I decided to renounce the world of matter and I ventured on an inner journey, I stopped being a scientific researcher to become life. Later forays into the field of study of neural-emotional-biological, hypnosis, NLP, yoga and bioenergetics connection. I am about to finish the diploma Integral Management in Health and Quality of Life, I am pursuing training in Medicine and Ayuryeda'm about to start studies of the musculature from the point of view hostiopático. Driven by my passion for nature and contemplation, life took me to walk through the Himalayas and the wonderful India, where do spiritual practices such as Vipasana in school Goenca, home to Lumbini, the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha. Take a yoga and meditation retreat with Amritayoga in Amma's ashram. Later 200h take my training as a teacher of hatha yoga with Iyengar style yoga school, Alpesh Yoga meditation and breathing. I am still studying and visiting my teachers every year, and also learned the preparation of natural and ayurvedic cosmetics and medicated oils, now I'm developing workshops to learn to make our personal cleaning products at home safely and confidently. Today I am in love with Yoga, there I found a way to share and communicate with people all I have learned throughout my life, to convey my passion and share the joy of living and how yoga has transformed my life.

Therapeutic Yoga & Body Awareness invited to share a healing experience with Noella, titled yoga teacher and eternal student. Style: The style of class is based on the Alignments Iyengar, perfect to avoid injury, get perfecting each posture without forcing from relaxation and focused on body anatomy. Add the connection to the rhythm of breathing to get the best benefits. I am very strict but loving when correct positions. Each practice will focus on a particular target, a targeting sequence for different ailments of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. For example, activate the digestive system, circulatory, or respiratory, improve immune response, backaches, constipation, insomnia, relieve stress and calm the nervous system, among others. Benefits: In my classes you will learn the deep and ancient teachings of the Vedas, from where the Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as the latest scientific developments that support our practice in this part of the world. Throughout our practice we allow ourselves to feel the Body, Mind and Consciousness become one, towards our overall health. Through yoga we become aware of our body, we raise the energy, we calm our mind and take away from our emotions, all this work helps us heal any ailment in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body
