About Harshita
I am a dance teacher, choreographer and personal trainer with a passion for helping others discover confidence and self-expression through movement. With extensive training in ballet, jazz, and heels, I use these foundations to guide students in building strength, grace, and personal empowerment. My own journey began in the legal world, where movement became a powerful outlet for stress and a path to reclaiming my confidence. Now, with over a decade of experience, I share that gift by teaching dance across all ages—creating a supportive environment where everyone can explore their unique energy. In my heels classes, I focus on building a strong technical foundation while encouraging students to embrace their divine feminine energy and move with authenticity. Whether you’re new to dance or refining your skills, my goal is to help you feel confident, empowered, and free through every step. Let’s move together and unlock the confidence within you—one step at a time.

I know Harshita for nearly two years now. Before I started training with her, I hated working out and always thought weights and strength training is not for me.
I had trouble with consistency and having her constantly be pushing me to workout and keeping me accountable and motivating me helped a lot!!
My goals were to lose weight and to gain upper body and core strength, generally lead a more healthy lifestyle and to be able to do so consistently
I have significantly improved upper body strength, was unable to do push-ups before, even core strength has improved, I mostly enjoy my workouts as she is such a positive person and I have managed to shed weight and be more or less consistent. I 100% recommend Harshita.Excellent trainer, highly recommended. Been working out with her since 2021.
