About Jennifer
My name is Jennifer, I am currently located in Scotland and my qualifications, standards and procedures are all based on the legislation that is used in the UK. I have worked in early childcare for 15 years before moving to management within a childcare setting and finally moving on to work independently as an Au Pair and Private Nanny. I am a fully qualified childcare practitioner in the feild of Social Services, Children and Young People. I am also a mother of two young children and have been able to expand my own knowledge of childcare and education through parenthood.

These lessons will help you to navigate the early years with your child, help to understand their behaviours and to help you support your child's development both physically and cognitively. I will share resources and tips and tricks to ensure you are able to provide the best home environment for your child to thrive and learn before they start school. Classes will range for basic care, meal prep, weaning and environments to how to introduce literacy and numeracy at an early age.
There may also be special one off classes that focus on specific skills you may wish to teach your child such as swimming, riding a bike etc

Jennifer is a brilliant mum to her two littlies and exactly the kind of mum I want to be when the time comes, she's kind, patient and has great rationale behind everything she does!
I've got first hand experience of Jennifer with her own children and other children as well. She is an exceptional role model for those children. Always taking a calm and non reactive response to behaviours and teaching it in a way that is very easy to understand whether you are 1 or 10 or even 30! I highly recommend her as a tutor. I believe she will provide you with fantastic insight into your children's behaviours and your own as well.
Jennifer was a Au Pair for us in 2019. She was professional and very helpful in the care and education on our young daughter, she kept a detailed scrap book of all the activities she did and what our daughter would learn from each activity and provided us an easy to read list of objectives so we could plan more effective learning opportunities for our little girl while at home.
I've known Jennifer for many years and she has helped me out massively in relation to childcare advice! I have 2 young children and without her support, I'd have really struggled. I can highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for help or advice with anything child related. Thank you, Jennifer, for always being there for me x
