About Dean
My name is Dean Burt and I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2019. My love of fitness has always been a part of my life. So it made total sense to turn my passion for fitness training into a qualification. As well as transforming my own body through fitness training and good nutrition, I have helped many clients to redefine themselves through health & fitness training. Not only sharing my knowledge, I also share personal experiences, tips and health & fitness training secrets.

Achieving your fitness goals is never easy, gym routines can be boring. If you have not yet used a personal trainer, you may want to know “how much personal training costs?”, or even “Is personal training worth the cost?”. The answer to this question is “yes!”. A good personal trainer will push you to achieve your goals and provide you with great workouts and fitness training that enables you to transform your mind and body. You will achieve your goals much faster compared to working out alone. Personal training is an investment in your health, mind & body, which will always pay off. All Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes and can take place outdoors in the park or home garden in the East London area.

I’ve been working with Dean for a while and I feel so grateful. I was very intimidated at the idea of personal training but I was quickly reassured by Dean’s professionalism and motivation. He’s surprisingly gentle and calm but won’t let you speed through or do half hearted work. I feel so comfortable and I am also seeing the hard work pay off quickly. He’s a great listener and is also mindful to your aches/pains/past injuries and goals. Communication and punctuality is 100%. I only wish I found him sooner!
