About Elijah
Since high school, I’ve tutored and helped students pave a path to success within their classes. My main goal is to help build the foundations within their courses so that the student can obtain a solid understanding of what they’re learning and can effectively apply to assignments like exams and essays within their courses. Whether it's guiding a student through a problem or showing them different techniques they can utilize to learn the material, I try my best to teach in a manner that will enable students to work with all the material they’ve been given and utilize it to their success within classes. Serving as a teaching assistant at Georgia Tech enabled me to learn teaching techniques from some of the best educators in Georgia. I would utilize what I learned from them within my review and tutoring sessions for classes I would assist in teaching for. I love working with people and helping them achieve things they once thought were impossible and is what drives me to be the best tutor I can strive to be.
