About Assunta
Hi! I’m a passionate and experienced language tutor, fluent in 5 languages and dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential. For over five years, I’ve worked with learners of all ages and levels — from school students to professionals — supporting them in building confidence, fluency, and achieving real results. My own journey began when I moved to the UK at the age of 13 without speaking a word of English. That experience taught me something that no textbook ever could: language learning is not just about grammar, it's about mindset. It’s about full immersion, curiosity, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Since then, I’ve become fluent in five languages, lived in four countries, and travelled solo to over 20 — experiences that were only possible because of the self-confidence I developed through truly living the language. That’s exactly the kind of empowerment I want to help my students experience...To me, learning a language is not just about ticking boxes or memorising vocabulary — it’s about growth, curiosity, and discovering new perspectives.
